PERSONAL TRAINING:

Program design and instruction, general nutritional advice.

For those looking for a health program focused on physical activity/ exercise. Basic, individualized nutritional advice is included in these programs. Appropriate for those who do not require ongoing/ intensive nutritional support.

FREE with your first training session:  Measurements and Fitness Assessment.

Fitness Assessment Includes:  Postural analysis, flexibility and mobility testing, muscular activation and endurance testing, balance testing.

 

NUTRITIONAL CONSULTATIONS:

Personal nutrition assessment, customized nutrition program, individualized nutritional advice and dietary supplement program (if applicable).

Recommended for those looking solely for a personalized nutrition program and who do not need guidance on a fitness/ exercise program.

 

PERSONAL TRAINING & NUTRITIONAL CONSULTATION PROGRAMS:

Recommended for those looking for an inclusive full-body health improvement program. Appropriate for those needing more intensive nutritional support, such as digestive system re-build or nutritional advice relating to specific conditions. 

GROUP TRAININg:

Group training is available upon request for groups of 2, 3 or 4 people. Group training is a great option for those who wish to save money and gain accountability in the form of a training partner. For group training, the following rates apply: $80 per hour for 2 people, $90 per hour for 3 people, $100 per hour for 4 people.
