ME

Action. Consistency. Results.

I left my career as a lawyer to do exactly what I do at Live Free Health; I am incredibly passionate about healthy lifestyle change and getting my clients to their goals.

I believe true health requires a four-pillar approach focusing on 1) nutrition 2) physical activity 3) sleep and 4) stress management. When the gas tank is low on any of these pillars, the others will suffer. I address everything from healthy movement and body composition to nourishing the body, mind and spirit with my clients. I believe in an evidence-based approach to everything I do (I read the studies so you don't have to!) and I pride myself on being informed on the latest research and techniques.

I have spent time working in a big-box fitness facility but moving towards a mobile and online practice allows me to develop a deeper connection with my clients. My clients' success is my driving force; I use a goal-oriented approach to get results and we work hard together as a team. There are no shortcuts but the process (and results!) can be incredibly rewarding.
