MEET JESSICA 

In late 2013, Jessica stepped away from her budding career as a young lawyer to pursue her passion for health and wellness—something that was noticeably lacking in the legal field. Fast-forward to the present, she is now a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Personal Trainer.

 

Jessica focuses on getting clients to a healthy body composition using functional movement and strength training while reducing “nutritional stress” by harnessing the power of whole food nutrition. 

 

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alberta, majoring in psychology, and a Juris Doctor of Law degree from the University of British Columbia. She also completed studies at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition where she graduated at the top of her class and received her Registered Holistic Nutritionist designation with Distinguished Merit for an overall grade above 95%. She went on to study at the British Columbia Personal Training Institute in Vancouver, BC where she rounded out her studies with a certification as a personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine . 

In her spare time, Jessica is an avid trail runner and is currently focusing on ultramarathon distances. She also competes as an Ironman triathlete and fuels her fitness goals with a vegan diet.
