In 2014 Jessica stepped away from her budding career as a young lawyer to pursue her passion for health and wellness. Fast-forward to the present, she is now a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Personal Trainer.
Jessica focuses on getting clients to a healthy body composition using functional movement and strength training while reducing “nutritional stress” by harnessing the power of whole food nutrition.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alberta, majoring in psychology, and a Juris Doctor of Law degree from the University of British Columbia. She also completed studies at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition where she graduated at the top of her class and received her Registered Holistic Nutritionist designation with Distinguished Merit for an overall grade above 95%. She went on to study at the British Columbia Personal Training Institute in Vancouver, BC where she rounded out her studies with a certification as a personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine .
In her spare time, Jessica enjoys distance running and has completed 60km ultramarathons. She has also participated in Ironman-distance triathlons and is a two-time Ironman Canada Finisher. Jessica fuels her fitness goals with a 100% plant-based diet.
